Revert temple locking changes but nerf loot

Obviously the temple was way too rewarding, such that atlas mapping was not even relevant anymore, which narrowed gameplay options down too much. Therefore, the loot nerfs were fine, BUT...
this change allows nolifers to keep their already built temples and keep extracting loot, while everyone else is now completely blocked from catching up. Instead of blocking everyone, you should make it easier for casuals to catch up. Encourage temple building, but nerf the loot even more, such that it only becomes a slight advantage to build your temple beyond a certain point. Considering the huge time investment to build a temple it is fine that it is more rewarding than mapping, but not this much. Fubgun is still dropping multiple div per minute. My friend decide to quit the league over this patch and i wont keep playing alone. My temple is at least self sustaining but not even close to streamer temples and this patch has me stuck as well. I will keep trying a bit and then leave. IMO you should give everyone a lock by default every temple run. This allows people to start building snakes and catch up. Locks should apply to tier 1/2 rooms again. It is clear that temple is not played in the intended way right now but it can not befixed without alienating most players.
