Break more armour & increased effect of broken armour, how does it work?

I have few question on armour break. Couldnt find anything online.

There are some notables like "cruel methods" that says:Break more armour.

Does this mean every single hit will contribute to armour break x% more?

Or that is for "increased effect of broken armour" ?

What are the differences?

Some skills break the armour of the mobs naturally and some support gemsa add the ability.
When you fully break armour any physical damage you do to them receives a 20% MORE buff.

The support gems and passives that allow you to break more armour gives a buffs to how fast you break the armour of the mobs.

The ones that give an increased effect to fully broken amour buff the 20% damage buff. 30% increased effect of FBA makes your physical damage now increase by 26% MORE.
