[Suggestion] Improve Campaign Uniques - Roll with Max Sockets

A major drawback to using uniques in the campaign is that they often lack sockets needed for various builds. A unique with no sockets is often vendor trash during the campaign.

I would like to suggest to GGG that any unique that drops during the campaign automatically rolls with the maximum number of sockets possible for its base item.
