Map bosses are overtuned

Why do powerful map bosses have more HP and damage than Pinnacle bosses on the highest tier? If I wanted to fight uber level bosses - guess what, I would do Uber Pinnacle bosses. Powerful map bosses should be healthier than regular bosses, but the current numbers are just frustratingly overtuned.

I don't know. I always fought them with sub-optimal builds in shit tier gear and had no issues. It took a little longer but nothing tragic..
