However, I haven't opened any third-party services because of the poor network conditions. I used a shared IP tool to play the game, which resulted in my account being locked. I have been a POE player for 7 years and have never used any illegal third-party services. Currently, when I'm playing POE2, my account is locked, and my POE1 account, which is not online, is also locked. Can you help me?
