My other account ID: chenzhile1581876#0079 has been locked, with a message indicating it was done by a third party. However, I haven't opened any third-party services because of the poor network conditions. I used a shared IP tool to play the game, which resulted in my account being locked. I have been a POE player for 7 years and have never used any illegal third-party services. Currently, when I'm playing POE2, my account is locked, and my POE1 account, which is not online, is also locked. Can you help me? I really love POE and don't want to lose my game account that I've had for 7 years. Can you help me?
