I been playing as a Druid and this whole time all my resistance are in negative every time I put resistance in from armour or skill points it goes down but still in negative is this a bug

This probably is not a bug, no.
Reading the first few paragraphs of the wiki article might help to clarify things for you; https://www.poe2wiki.net/wiki/Resistance Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
