How do I see my max rage?

Am I missing something? I can't seem to find my max rage listed anywhere. The only way I've found to actually be able to see it is to go out and attack something to gain some rage and then it shows up as X/Y above my mana. Is there no way to just... look at it whenever? It's really stupid to have to teleport somewhere and attack an enemy just to check a stat when I'm in town trying to decide where to apply a skill point. I'm hoping I'm just being dumb/blind.
