Hello. I'd like to preface this by saying this isn't my main account, as my main account is locked. Also, I'm not very good at English, so I used a translation app. Anyway, I saw people joking around in the chat about RMT, so I typed a playful comment, but I accidentally typed "baht," the currency used in Thailand. And yes, shortly after, I was disconnected from the game. I want to know if my account is permanently locked or just for a week. If anyone can answer this, please help me. I've already contacted GGG via email. Thank you.

Don't resend. GGG isn't fast to respond - and a new email will reset you to the end of the line. Also, Ethan's reply was near the start of NZ's work day. Your email was send in the middle of the night.
