Game occasionally freezes for 40ish seconds then proceeds into loading gears

Hi all,

I'm running the game on a very high end pc and I can run most games on maxed out settings but PoE2 keeps occasionally freezing then proceeds into loading gears then back to normal (if I press anywhere, I get the prompt to close the client)

Here are my specs:
Windows 11 Pro
CPU Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-14700K, 3400 Mhz, 20 Core(s), 28 Logical Processor(s)
GPU NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080
RAM 64.0 GB

Here are the solutions that I tried and didn't work:
-Deleting shader cache file
-Deleting minimap file
-Changing sound channels to low
-Verify integrity of game files
-Turned on game mode
-Optimized settings from Nvidia control panel (changed Shader cache size to 100gb + maximum performance)
-Changed the renderer to Vulcan (FPS dropped massively)
-lowered the settings but no use

I need help, I'm almost quitting the league because of this :(
The "modteam" deleted my post in reddit because... I don't know why

I've been having the same thing about once every hour. It's annoying but it works out as a reminder to stretch and refill my water haha.

If you have your OS and PoE on different sides, I've heard mention of people editing an ini file to move the shader cache location to the same drive as the game. Supposedly this helps the issue but I've been too lazy to test.

Same.

I've found that force-closing the game and restarting is often faster than waiting for it to sort itself out.
Try it with turn off Nvidia Reflex
I switched to Vulcan render and it solved this issue.

Wow, I thought this problem persists only on Ryzen x3d cpus.

It persists on GG-Games
Are you using DLSS? My experience in most games with DLSS has been an absolute dumpster fire. I had a lot of issues with the game freezing and switching to Vulkan with no upscaling has resolved most of it. Also worth mentioning that global and trade chat hog memory and can slow the game down, I have those disabled also.

Yes but I tried turning it off and I still got that freeze even when disabled.

I have tried Vulkan but my FPS is so low when so much going on the screen and I don't like it so I stopped using it because if it was the ONLY solution, I'd rather wait for a fix and not play
The map reset itself like last time but there is definitely stuttering when running around or dodging and using skills. The screen even went grey for a bit.
