Need a button to reset entire temple

I spent 40+ hr to build my temple. However just 1 mistake can brick the entire temple. I'm OK to spend another 40hr to rebuild it. But there is no such way as far as I know. The only way to reset the temple is to create another character and go through the campaign again.

+1, it really would be good to be able to start over.

Doesn't this just make it easier to exploit and abuse it? I mean clearly the OP wants to abuse it but doesn't want to put in the time, so

You exploit the temple by building it up properly and then NOT destroy it...

These could be suggestive for full temple reset.

1. Since Doriyani is there at the Temple entrance, perhaps paying in gold or a specific "Medallion" looted from the Rare Vaal Caches (from Maps) and/or within the Temple (after killing the Architect). Players would then turn in the reset medallion to Doriyani (since he's the console control guardian), go to the console after "granted access", use the Medallion to reset the Temple.

OR

2. Killing Atziri will ensure a FULL temple reset however, there would be visual message indicating killing Atziri will reset the temple upon exiting the Temple. Players will first have to go through the normal sequence to have both the Access Chamber and Atziri connected for the Atziri encounter.

As i said i have 8 "special" rooms on the outside of the temple i farm the whole time soemthing else today tried to reset it now 10 hours later 3 special rooms are still standing at 3 corners...

Just run Architect until he delete most rooms, doesn't take long

I agree we need this bad. resetting it takes sucks

My temple is completely useless, I defeated that boss guy 40 times and I've obly ever gotten 1 div in my entire time playing temple and I'm over 200hrs this league. I lost all my currency bricking a weapon upgrade and I'm pretty upset that I didn't realize I needed a guide to play the temple because it was not obvious to me that it could go so catasrtophically wrong.
It doesn't matter anynore I'm effectively unable to keep playing this league stuck at lvl 91, can't craft and I won't keep playing if all I do is get punished.

Considering the insane lack of explanation in game about how it works without using a guide someone else wrote or a video, realizing that you've basically built a useless temple is pretty common. A reset button wouldn't inherently lead to all people abusing it because there are players like me who had no idea what they were doing until it was too late. Now we don't even touch said temple because it's a complete waste of time. The abusers will continue to abuse it regardless if you can reset it or not and the normal players will go "Oh I messed up. Let me retry it."
