Cannot Insert Calamity Fragments

I can't run uber arbiter as the game doesn't identify that I have calamity fragments. XBox

Same on PC using controller

Likewise I emailed support and they told me to write a forum. I have the 10 atlas points have calamity frags and beaten anomaly maps.

Only thing i can think of is i have a quest thats completed but its not registering so maybe that could be it but not sure. Its tellin me to talk to zolin about beatin a boss but when i go to zolin theres no dialogue option.

Very frustrated to say the least.

Im on PS5 btw
