My Experience and Feedback Going into Temples Blind

The Experience:

Started by just throwing rooms and paths down wherever they fit. The chests and free exalt/alch crafting was nice in the campaign.

Eventually path to the architect, die to some offscreen attack. Cant attempt the fight again until I open the temple again. Guess ill watch a youtube video to learn boss attacks.

Finally look at what other people are doing with temples. Realize mine is completely wrong (which i was expecting). But now I have to watch a youtube video explaining how to reset all the rooms.

The Feedback:

Look, I dont mind high complexity mechanics, I dont mind turning to the community to learn how best to do things. Thats part of the appeal of the game. But at least give me the option to learn bosses without getting locked out of content and let me reset everything if I dont happen to set it up right the first time. This kind of arbitrary friction is what immediately turns me off of games. It adds nothing to the experience and only serves to restrict people from playing.

The most dedicated players are going to learn mechanics and bosses regardless of how much friction there is. But a significant part of your casual playerbase wont. They just wont interact with it or they will quit. Ive been saying this about PoE1 for years and I really hate seeing it appear in PoE2.

Thats a huge issue with the current league mechanic. Its half baked.
ASs everything lately with GGG its incredibly rushed to get into the game and it seems they dont test the game enough.
