currency exchange bug 10/10 all stots are full with old order

I cant use currency exchange at all all my 10 slot are full with old ghost order from old heroes. I delete all character but orther are still there !!! Pls some one help me !

That's not a bug.
You need to claim them on a character in the league they exist in - most likely either Standard, Hardcore, SSF, or SSF Hardcore, depending on which league you had played in at the time. Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
