currency exchange bug 10/10 all stots are full with old order

I cant use currency exchange at all all my 10 slot are full with old ghost order from old heroes. I delete all character but orther are still there !!! Pls some one help me !

That's not a bug.
You need to claim them on a character in the league they exist in - most likely either Standard, Hardcore, SSF, or SSF Hardcore, depending on which league you had played in at the time. GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.
