Whats wrong with my Armour Stacker?

Im dying left and right in blue T16's and dont know why.
I know March of the Legions increases Armour by ~20% but that cant be the reason, thats why i use Ralakesh for QoL. Ofc DoT hits like a truck, but i already run Vitality + a Vitality mod Watcher's Eye + Zealoth's Oath. What can i do more? Wicked Ward? Life recovery rate from Watcher's doesn't affect ES regen. You're not bleed immune and bleeding does triple damage while you move (no Ralakesh pantheon). Occasional vulnerability makes it worse (no curse effect reduction).
