all my items Bug disappeared

I was playing on some maps and occasionally defeating bosses, but after getting bored, I decided to shut down the game. I came back to play after an hour or two, but when I logged in, I found that all my items, which totaled 70 Divine, had disappeared. This is really annoying. Also, while loading the game, it sometimes shuts down, and I have to restart it. This happens before I even choose which server to join.
