Also, not sure why you think you have 90% resistances, you have 75% maximum resistances and you're overcapped, but you don't have e.g. 90% fire damage reduction. To increase your maximum resistance, you'd need a source such as Topaz Flask.

Immediate relief would be found by adding an OP flask such as Progenesis to your setup which functions in similar fashion to Petrified Blood. It truly is excellent if you can afford it.

Also level up your Petrified Blood. You don't lack the Strength so no reason to keep it low level. Rest comes down to your rare items (e.g. quiver has no real life roll, body armour is lacking in general, amulet has no anointment...)

It would cut your damage a lot but if all you cared about was defenses it would solve tons of problems. I'v seen hc players use that setup anyways. Really you probably just need better gear with better life rolls though.
