Do not let mobs ewat our CD's if we cannot interupt their's

Was just fighting Azmadi in HC, I stun him as he is charging the "from all directions" one hit kill ability. After he comes OUT of the stun, he just instant finishes it and of course, one hits me because I am not expecting it. But, if I have an ability that has a CD, and a mob tickles me as I use it to light stun ME, that CD gets eaten without activating at all. Balance your god damn game GGG, for real.

This is actually an issue.

Mobs instantly completing the actions we stunned or froze them during feels really bad and is definitely a questionable design decision.

I don't play HC, but I do have several questionable annoying deaths to this precise scenario.
