Why not possible?

Let us reforge waystones up to T20 (lvl 85).

At least the same level as in POE1. There is a reason why leveling in POE2 is much more tedious while in POE1 reaching level 100 is much easier XP-wise. Just allow for level 83 waystone easy access, why cut it down for POE2 only?
