Path of Exile 2-primary and secondary Steam account

First of all,cheers to all comunity and i wish a Happy New year 2026 !

I make this topic for beginer players like me who buy the game and don't have imediately access to all stash tab from Path Of Exile 1.
A couple of days ago i purchased this awesome game Path of Exile 2 through Steam site and i encounter some headache and serious problem with transferable microtransaction MTX from Path of Exile 1 to 2.
Thank to support of Grinding Gear Game ,i resolve this problem but like i say with headache,because i can't see a "magic hidden button" in the game menu.

The problem is subaccount name.On Path of exile official site, i have primary account,and on linked Steam, secondary account.

To work, you must select primary account name but in game NOT in site...But that menu in game was not so easy visible...I have headache until i solved this problem

In my case primary acc is ghoost_91 and secondary linked steam acc is wastelander_76.Only on primary account i have access to all my microtransaction MTX ond other stuff.

The annoying problem is, i played until lvl 61 on secondary account linked steam acc, and i loose progression,and now i must play from begin from level 1 to have access to my microtransaction stash.Character level subaccount name is not transferable between primary and secondary acc on the same league 😞

So if u linked the game with steam be carrefull which subaccount u selected..In my case i loose progresion char level 61 and lot of hours of gameplay...

I hope this thread help other people like me and i share this screenshot to see where is the problem.
