Lost gold

I bought gold to upgrade my stash. But when I purchased one of the accounts, it didn't appear in the game, and the 30 gold was deducted. I thought it was a LAG, but it's been more than a week!

Which league is your character playing in?
What type of stand tab did you buy? Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
