Is hasted aura disable from rare beast?

I can't seem to find any hasted aura mod on rare beast for companion like the gorilla or the mosquito. Is it disable?

cant get on Quadrilla anymore and Ant no longer able to capture! But you can get the aura still on other beasts

Well I was trying to find the haste aura on the mosquito in khari crossing but to no avail. It was so common last league. weird

The devs figured out that they gave something nice to a class other than ranger. They can't have that so they took it away
