Bug Report ID: #1931139725 Unborn lich CoC and CoA

I am experiencing a bug where cast on critical is not activating on weapon set 1 but cast on ailment is, even when i have more than 100 spirit unallocated with both spirits CoC and CoA toggled on. And vice versa still with both spirits toggled when i transfer the weapon (unborn lich staff) to weapon slot 2 only cast on crit is active while cast on ailment is not.
