+Attack Skills on Talisman not being calculated REF#2588337968

While working on my wife's Druid, I noticed that none of her +5 Attack skills on her talisman are being calculated into her skill page.
I have attached 3 images:
1) Her talisman showing the +5 attack skills
2) Her skills screen showing +3 global modifiers (from her amulet)
3) Her +3 skill amulet





Man, I hope I got these images to upload.
I have tried 3 different upload sites and dont think I can get the pics to upload. I hope I am just seeing it wrong.

temp "fix" ... move talisman to weapon set II. For whatever reason, druids seem to use set II as the "primary"
