Weird freezing during gameplay

So ill be playing and then the game will freez then it will go to the two grinding gears loading screen and then unfreez. and then i can continue like nothing happened.

Its not continuing while frozen so im not dyeing or anything. its just annoying.

Does anyone know what or why this is happening?

Is it a settings thing?
Or a latancy thing?
Im in Australia on the Australian server its about 16ms latency on the F1 graph.

Its a known problem woth DX12. Swap to vulcan and it should be ok.

I had this problem too. For me, with an RTX 3060, I turned off the CI+ Shadows option and my FPS jumped from 40 to 130.

I had a similar issue on a high-end computer. It happened twice during a single run of Perfect Temple of Atziri.
I solved it using Nvidia settings: I changed the shader cache size to "unlimited." It's in the 3D settings.
After that, everything was stable. I hope this helps.

Had this similar issue ever since. I fixed it by switching from DX12 to Vulkan. Give it a shot.
