Barkskin bugged with blessing of the moon notable

Blessing of the moon passive notable increases duration based on enemies you've frozen recently. This completely bricks Barkskin. Unallocating blessing of the moon for now and Barkskin works without issue

Just wanted to report, as of 0.40d, BarkSkin is still bugged with "Blessing of the Moon" notable.
