Banned by GGG with no investigation. Help?

Hi everyone,

I was hacked and then banned by GGG in complete disregard to all my pleas for furter investigation.

I made a post here - https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3898357/page/1#p26511182 - explaining what happend, but GGG just moved it to "Early Access Feedback".

Does anyone know if I can have a reimbursement in this case? Is it legal to just ban my account and deprive me of the game I PAID without any investigation?

In case that's just how GGG rolls and there's nothing I can do about it, does anyone happen to have a spare early access key to help me out?

I'm not willing to buy the game twice just because GGG says so.

Otherwise, I guess I'll just never play this game again.

What's the purpose of having a support team that doesn't offer support?

I mentioned an e-mail that was deleted from my post because you're telling me to contact GGG support and they are telling me there's nothing they can do and that I should wait for the official free to play release if I don't want to pay a second time.

That seemed pretty definitive to me.

Are you suggesting I should try the same e-mail again? Why would I expect anything different?
