Upgrading Premium stash to Merchant's tab

I'm unable to upgrade my premium stash to a Merchant's tab.
Under my account's current tab allocations it shows premium stash tabs as 1 and merchant's tabs as 0. There is no option to upgrade.  Last bumped on Dec 26, 2025, 10:26:22 PM
