Poe2 Xbox frame per second/ resolution problem avg 7fps-15fps

My fps goes down to 7fps -15fps every time I use oil grenade and it ignites more than 25% of the screen. The more fire the worse the fps. No matter settings even with dynamic resolution and changing the resolution mode down to 720p. The best is around 27fps. I have a 4k120hz tv.
