lost tab

good day to everyone. i buyed a fragment and a merchant stash tabs, the fragment tab appeared in my stash but the merchant did not. i need to do any step to got it or i got something missing?

The Merchant's Tab isn't part of your stash. You talk to a dedicated NPC instead.
You haven't said whether you're posting about PoE 1 or PoE 2. Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.

Just to clarify, Merchant's Tabs are not located in your Stash. You can access your Merchant's Tabs by talking to Ange in Act 4 and clicking the 'Manage Shop' button in your hideout :) Alternatively, if you're playing Path of Exile 1, when you reach Act 6, find Faustus in Lioneye's Watch and have him act as a steward for your Merchant's Tabs.
