"You have been Detected Running Cheating Software"

I recently logged in and got a message stating that I have been detected running cheating software. I have never ran bots or cheats. Why is this happening? I use exiled exchange 2 but that's about it as far as other POE programs that I run. Has anyone else had this issue? I don't want to get my account banned.

Why even bother with this reply? Even if you do e-mail support they do absolutely nothing to help. All you get is what feels like a customer support AI that barely reads your e-mail. Might as well state that you can't help here instead of having customers jump through a hoop and waste their time.


Actual customer support seems to be a thing of the past.
