Rattling Scepter Skeleton Warriors using Spirit when only 2 are summoned

I have had multiple instances today where my Raging Spirits has deactivated and it took me a bit to find it. At random instances, my skeletal warriors are costing more spirit based on the number summoned. I have 3 summoned, so some spirit is used, however when I notice my Raging Spirits are no longer summoning, I reduce all minions to 0 (deactivate Raging Spirits as well) except my warriors, which I reduce to 2 and find that I am missing spirit from my spirit pool. When I reduce my warrior count to 0, the missing spirit is refunded into my spirit pool and I can then summon back all of my minions based on my previous count. This has occurred 3 times today during Act 3.

Edit: When my warriors die and respawn is what is triggering the issue. The summoned warriors now count more against the spirit pool. The initial 2 warriors count as 22 spirit, and 3 warriors count as 44 spirit.

Are you running Last Grasp on Skeletal Warriors? Iv'e run into what i think is the same problem and im quite sure its caused by the Last Gasp mechanic.

Im killing my Last Gasp Skeletal Warriors with Explosive Demise and it happens constatly that one or more count their spirit cost double and jumble my persistent skills. You dont have to go through the trouble of manually reducing the minion count to zero though. Just respawning the minions by switching weapon set back and forth usually fixes it. I figured out that it sometimes happens when one or more skeletons get last graspt while other skeletons is on their reform timer.


How to recreate the bug in hideout with like 50% succses rate:

Have 2 Arsonist and 3 skeleton warriors with Last Gasp and Sacroficial Lamb. Kill of 2 of them with Explosive Demise and then kill the remaining one when the reform timer is 2 second left.
