Thunderstorm+Commiserate+Overcharge+Shock Conduction II seems to not be working properly.

So I've been messing around with Thunderstorm for a while to apply shock with the new Shock Conduction II support and I noticed that when paired with Commiserate+Overcharge it doesnt apply Commiserate's 2nd effect ("Ailments inflicted by supported skills have 40% more magnitude if you are afflicted with that ailment when inflicting it") which should apply since you are reflecting your shocks back to you with Overcharge.
When you have this supports together the game seems to treat it as if you were immune as long as you maintain the Thunderstorm, I think what is happening is that the Thunderstorm is reflecting and removing the shock at the same time and it doesn't register that you were shocked. There is a way to apply the correct shock with the Commiserate buff by using a 2nd skill linked to Shock Conduction II+Overcharge. You cast your Thunderstorm with Commiserate+Overcharge+Shock Conduction II then use the 2nd skill with Overcharge+Shock Conduction II which will reflect the shock back to you and will be consumed by the Thunderstorm and as long as you maintain the Thunderstorm on the target it will keep refreshing the Shock with the Commiserate buff.
