Progress Lost?

Lost Map progress after completing a corrupt nexus, got the passive tree points from it and was looking at how i wanted to place them only to get randomly disconnected and when I logged back in the progress lost, the nexus is gone and it says "map attempted" even though I clearly finished it along with a friend whom was with me. Would really like to have the 5 Atlas Skill Points back but currently just quite frustrated.

Upon further inspection I lost a Twilight Key as well as other various loot items for what appears to be no apparent reason than a random roll back??
