stuck in textures in the second and third acts, on bosses

1)Rattlecage, the Earthbreaker
Earthquake, After that, I fell through the texture and couldn't jump out, so I stayed lying face down.
2)Blackjaw, the Remnant
I got stuck in the texture column, running past the bottom left column, unable to click or use any skills, and all my attempts were in vain
