Frozen Locus Ice Crystal not working with weapon swap - Bug Report ID: #1122486760

I wanted to try out the new buffed skills (Frozen Locus and Fragmentation Rounds). First I noticed Fragmentation Rounds was not exploding the Ice Crystal created by Frozen Locus. Figured this was the bug.

Then I tried "Biting Frost I" on Flash Grenade, this also didn't explode the crystal. Lastly I tried "Biting Frost I" on the basic Quarterstaff Strike, and this one worked (making sure my basic attack did less damage than the health of the crystal). So definitely the weapon swap seems to be the underlying issue. Please can we get this fixed?
