Vaal Ruins Temple Console unclickable...

Well, first time getting to the Architect Room during the Campaign. I picked up the Medallion, and it said to go back to the Temple Console. I clicked on the Architect's Console and placed some rooms.

I noticed the +Medallion button on the right side. I clicked on it and got to 6/12... Went back to the Temple Console and closed the Temple. I placed several rooms and stuff and left. Unfortunately, now whenever I enter the Vaal Ruins my Temple Console is unclickable. I cannot look at anything on it, nor is Alva/Doryani around... I relogged, but it's the same...

Am I bugged now? Or do I have to wait until I get to 12/12 before I can click on the console? Doesn't make sense if it is... Thanks...

Update: 6/12 crystals, Doryani finally showed up and the Console is clickable again. So, 5/12 runs I couldn't do anything and had no idea what happened. Did I get the Medallion too early? Made me think I was bugged.
