my Soul Tether Long Belt does not work

i did change 3 belts and still have same problem i cant leech energyshield like i do in life

every one said they can do a leech to energyshield but not me so is it a bug in my account ??

when i do kill monster the leech from bloodmage supposed to heal my life then the over leech must convert to energy shield thank to the belt

i have the same issue. seems to be persistent amongst all belt users.

For everyone still having this problem, you need to allocate fast metabolism to your amulet for the life leech to work!

The fact that the signature unique ability of this item isn't well explained and requires an entire specific notable allocated to do anything deserves a look from the developers. Imho this belt should allow health leech to at least fill your ES before stopping without having the notable.
