Click Issues In Game

I'm struggling problems with my character, KirikoRuziko. I can't use skills in hideouts or other areas of the game. But I can ctrl+enter in character select screen and respawning in Ziggurat Refuge and I can interact with npcs or waypoint or map device in refuge. In hideout, I cannot click on waypoints or NPCs. However, when I form a party with someone, I can teleport to their location but same issues there. Can someone help me?
