Progression Blocker after completing the Interludes

I completed the 3 Recruit quests, but I cannot progress to the "endgame" area to start mapping. The quest list has no active quests available.

Issues that were witnessed before bug occurred:

Defeated Zolin and Zelena, but the boss health bar was still visible on screen when I summoned Doryani. No dialogue played when Doryani appeared and every thing seemed to be stuck.

Remade a new instance of the map and defeated Zolin and Zelena again, but did not have the option to summon Doryani after defeating them.

Went back to camp and saw that all the quests were completed, but Sin/Doryani had no options to leave the interludes.

My progression through the interludes was as follows:

Started in the Refuge
Moved to The Glade to progress towards Spirit Upgrade from Lythara.
Went back to the Refuge after getting the upgrade and completed the 1st Interlude.
Went to the Kahri Bazaar and progressed through the entirety of the 2nd interlude
Went back to the Refuge and completed the 3rd Interlude.
Stuck and unable to progress.
