So just did the fight and finished the fight at the end of chapter 4 and its bugged out as hooded one isnt healing him, he has taken the weopan but stuck , and if i leave the instance it just says 'witness' and nothing more.



as you can see from image, this is where they are stuck, its like tavaki cant move to carry on the story line..
So have to fecking do the whole instance again.
