Trial of Sekhema "Dekhara's Necklace" bug

I got the Dekhara's Necklace major boon that prevents you from receiving any minor afflictions going forward.

Despite that, I used that altar that changes trial parameters to get a new boon, and the downside was receiving the minor affliction "Dishonoured Tattoo".

Given I had the major boon to prevent minor afflictions, that one should not have been passed to me, but I still got that minor affliction.

I had done the same thing before on another trial parameter change, and the corresponding minor affliction had not been transferred, so it might be the interaction between those that is bugged.

Alternatively, it could be that Dekhara's Necklace is becoming inactive after you change floors.

Edit: I did the exact same thing on the second floor 2 more times, and Dekhara's Necklace worked properly preventing the other minor afflictions from being applied.

Perhaps the "Dishonoured Tattoo" minor affliction is flagged internally as a major affliction?
