No Drench

I'm not shure it is a bug (so I placed this thread here), but starting from today I can't affect monsters by "drench" from "Thunderstorm" in Abyssal depths and Atziri temple. It seems there is no skyies in theese locations, so no raindrops fall ))

UPD: My fault, Thunderstorm can't drench enemies higher then skill lvl allow
