GAME CRASHED WITH NO COMPENSATION

absolutely annnoyed that the game crashed while doing the 8th room of trial of chaos, and it doesn't start at where it was after relogging, plus the ultimatum is gone

pretty sure i'm not the only one facing this issue, wonder how would our time be compensated fairly?!
