Ferocious Roar seems bugged

Seismic cry + corrupting cry socketed in ferocious roar. It doesn't seem like the damage scaling is applying to corrupting cry and when consuming an endurance charge to bypass the cd the shout seems to cast but there is no animation. It will apply corrupting cry but the hit of seismic cry doesn't seem to work when bypassing the cd because its not hitting or consuming the armor from exploit weakness. It works when there is an animation. Feels very off
