[BUG] Co-op Skill Interference – Whirling Slash (PoE 2)

Hello,

I would like to report a co-op gameplay bug involving the Whirling Slash skill in Path of Exile 2.

When playing in a party with my brother, both of us are using Whirling Slash. If we activate the skill at the same time or very close to each other, the skills interfere.

Observed behavior:
- One player's Whirling Slash overrides or cancels the other player's skill
- It feels as if one skill "steals" the execution of the other
- One player fails to properly perform Whirling Slash

Expected behavior:
- Both players should be able to execute Whirling Slash independently without interference

Additional details:
- This issue only occurs in co-op / party play
- It does not occur in solo play
- It only happens when both players use the same skill
- The issue is reproducible

This significantly impacts co-op gameplay and consistency.
