Game keeps crashing and stuttering

I bought the game on steam 3 days ago, on the first day i played like 6 or 7 hours and everything went fine, the game was running well. Yesterday i went to play again and the game kept crashing, appearing a box sayind deadlock detected, not to mention the loading screens were taking like 15 mins to load each one. I changed some configurations on my Nvidia gpu and it got better but still is stuttering bad in some parts and as i said it was running well on the first day. It´s not the hardware of my computer which is better then the recommended on steam.
