Game freezes randomly

As mentioned the whole game freezes randomly then after 10 seconds it starts with a black screen and then starts to unfreeze. I'm using the lastest nvidea drivers.

To be clear the computer does not freeze and is fully functional the game only freezes.

I have this issue as well with Nvidia.
Sometimes it'll unfreeze, sometimes the game will just close with no errors.
PC isn't consuming monumental amounts of resources.
Direct 12, tried Vulkan and sadly it was worse.

It happens roughly every 1-2 hours (memory leak vibes).
