Notable "Shockproof" does not function if allocated with weapon swap points

When allocated with a weapon set passive point, the notable "Shockproof" does not provide reduced effect of shock on you (the armour applies to lightning damage does apply based on tooltip)

Other sources of reduced effect of shock on you apply as expected, including "Shockproof" if allocated with a regular passive point

Tested with reverse shock applied by shackles of the wretched in the below video
