Help with account lost from 2019

Hi! I lost my account from 2019 after a huge time without playing. Send a email to GGG saying the account name, a lot of characteres nicks, steam linked to it at that time, the original email, and most itens i bought at that time. Also send some emails i send in 2016 to support with my infos and anothers ones that shows that someone changed my emails for a russian one (im from Brazil).
I send all that and they are asking me for some PayPal ID from my purschases, but it was 9 years ago and not even paypal has it. Can someone help me with that? Its impossible for me to have this ID from 9 years ago and even after all that info i gave the support still want the IDs. I even send a print from my supporte with paypal saying that it only has the historic from 7 years Last bumped on Dec 23, 2025, 7:14:11 AM

I did, but they're asking for this ID from 9 years ago as a must even after i said its impossible to have it
