Breach monster spawn bug on the outer edge

Hi!

Have had this happend several times now. Not sure if it is new or related to my build, that I just notice this now.

When Breach area expands, there seem to be mosters invisible outside of the edge and they can kill you.

Perhaps these monsters can be killed without them showing up (hence the reference to build), but since my build now relies on deliberate dmg skill activations to keep up with mana, I seem to die on the outside of the breach, before any monsters are visible.
